The ordering of a product by you followed by our e-mail confirming that order in effect sets up a contract subject to the terms and conditions here. Our acceptance of the contract is complete upon delivery of all products.
Although we aim for all delivery times set out on our website, for one reason or another they may not always be attainable, however to always attempt to meet the deadline set. We will inform you by e-mail if we find a product to be unavailable during processing of your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by events caused beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sometimes delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the delivery reaches its specified location. These costs are not within are control, nor are they our responsibility and must be covered by you. These tariffs differ from country to country so we suggest you check with the relevant authorities if you feel such costs may arise.
If you are ordering from overseas, please note that you are considered the importer and as such will be subject to all such laws and regulations of the country where you receive your items.
