Paul did the original workshop of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s worldwide sensation Cats and went on to its West End premiere. His dramatic roles have included villainous Gavin Sullivan in EastEnders, so different from his loveable rogue Vince Pinner in Just Good Friends. He’s also built a distinguished career as the producer of hugely successful stage musicals including Grease, Saturday Night Fever and Singin’ in the Rain. Paul will celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of becoming Jesus Christ Superstar in August 2022.
Today, he has endeared himself to a new television audience, travelling to exotic retirement destinations to check in to The Real Marigold Hotel.
